4. Concluding the contract
The client agrees that the communication method should be done by phone or email.
The conclusion of the contract takes place only at the moment of issuing the fiscal invoice and not at the launch of the order or the issuance of the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order.
The automatic issuance of the order confirmation will NOT be equivalent to the conclusion of the contract between the seller and the buyer.
NOVA TRADING EUROPE SRL can cancel the buyer's order and he will receive back the money collected by the company, within 7 days. At the same time, we reserve the right to change the quantity of products in the order, depending on their availability in stock.

The site cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused by the information presented on our site.
We do not assume any responsibility for the modification, suspension or interruption of the shop.novaeu.org site, in whole or in part.
6. Ordering methods
To order online, the following steps must be performed:
I. Opening an account on the shop.novaeu.org platform under the “Create an account” submenu.
II. After selecting a product, click on the "Add to cart" button.
III. To complete the order, click the "My Cart" button, and if the products are the ones you want to purchase, click the "Finish" button.
IV. If you have not opted for Authentication since the beginning of the session, you can do so in this step or continue in the "Order as a guest" mode.
V. After completing and / or selecting the fields “Delivery address”, “Delivery method” respectively “Payment method” to confirm the order, press the button “Order with obligation to pay”.
7. Payment methods
a) Payment by Card
Online following the steps described at point 6.
o Personal or company cards are accepted;
o Our online payment system works with cards issued by VISA and MASTERCARD.
o No additional transaction fees are charged;
o The following data are required for online orders:
- card number (all digits on the front of the card, no spaces);
- expiration date;
- the last three digits on the back of the card.
b) Cash on delivery
The courier who delivers takes over the payment for the products together with the delivery fees included in the value of the invoice.
c) Payment order
The proforma invoice is sent by e-mail to the customer by the Shop.novaeu.org Representative.
The products will be sent to the customer after the money is settled in the bank account of shop.novaeu.org.
8. Product delivery policy
The delivery of the products can be done in an interval of 1 - 15 days, from the moment when all the order details have been validated (invoicing data, product availability, delivery address, payment method, payment term), with the possibility to extend this period up to 30 days, according to the law. All information / methods used to describe the goods on the site do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, these being used exclusively as a presentation. The order processing time is 5 working days.
Products are available while stocks last.
The cost of transport is borne by the customer, and in case of return the transport fee paid upon delivery is not refundable.
9. Order cancellation
shop.novaeu.org (managed by NOVA TRADING EUROPE SRL) and its suppliers do not assume responsibility for printing or display errors regarding the prices, characteristics or images of the products.
If an order cannot be honored due to such errors, shop.novaeu.org reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
Some prices may be incorrectly posted on shop.novaeu.org. In case of registering an order request with a derisory price, NOVA TRADING EUROPE SRL has the right to cancel the order request of the Buyer according to Art. 17 of Ordinance no. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order, without any subsequent obligation of any party to each other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other.
10. Return Policy
Online ordered products can be returned, without invoking any reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of them.
For customers who belong to legal entities - they are not considered consumers - each return request will be analyzed separately and thus it is possible to introduce a fee to reduce the value of the products or to refuse the request.
Return costs are borne by the consumer.
11. Warranties
Partial or total deletion of the product serial number (serial number S / N) will void the warranty. All products are accompanied by invoice and warranty certificate (manufacturer or seller). Failure to lose the warranty certificate or invoice will result in the loss of the warranty. NOVA TRADING EUROPE SRL does not issue duplicates for the warranty certificate.
There are two types of guarantees:
a. legal obligation of the seller (legal guarantee of conformity)
and / or
b. any undertaking given by the seller or the manufacturer (commercial guarantee) to the consumer, without requesting additional costs, to refund the price paid by the consumer, to repair or replace the purchased product, if it does not meet the conditions set out in the declarations regarding warranty or related advertising. The term of legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years and is calculated from the date of delivery of the product, according to Law 449/2003.
For those who do not fall into the category of consumer - legal entities - the warranty period is 12 months for durable products and between 0-12 months for the rest. The deadline for product compliance is a maximum of 30 days.
12. Litigation
Any disputes related to the execution of the contract will be resolved between the seller and the consumer / customer amicably, otherwise the parties may address the competent court.
13. Protection of personal data and Privacy Policy
According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, our site managed by NOVA TRADING EUROPE SRL, has the obligation to manage in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that we provide about yourself, a family member or another person. The purpose of data collection is their use in order to invoice the ordered products.
The registered information is intended for use by the operator in order to deliver the products and is communicated only by you. According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, of intervention on the data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to go to court. At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of data. If any of the information about you is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible.
